World Chess Championship 2014
Magnus Carlsen of Norway, dubbed ‘The Mozart of Chess’ by the fans and media alike,defeated 5 times World Chess Champion Vishwanathan Anand of India and won the World Chess Championship 2014 held in Sochi, Russia.
In just one move, Anand slipped from a promising position to defending a lost cause. Carlsen accepted the Indian’s generous offer and tightened the grip on the game, and world title.
