First non-European law lecturer at Cambridge

Mumbai born Antara Haldar has breached tradition to become the first non-European lecturer of law at the University of Cambridge.

She is also among the youngest and the only Indian to get the tenured position in the top ranking law faculty that traces its origins to the 13th Century when ancient Roman and Canon law was taught.
